Did you know that people speculate that those who watched the first televised presidential debate between JFK and Nixon thought that JFK won the debate because he said YES to makeup – making him appear more confident and authoritative. Nixon on the other hand refused, and thus had a more sweaty appearance making him seem nervous and less sure of himself.

It helps to elevate your message to viewers and enhance confidence – whether you’re bringing a character to life on a screen or telling your brand’s story. It’s a non-negotiable step that may help you achieve your goals even faster and farther than you thought possible.

What I Offer
Heidi offers a variety of options for whatever your project needs may be. Heidi always arrives 15-30 minutes before services begin to setup. Please discuss with Heidi your specific project’s needs to see how we can best serve each other and co-create the best outcome everyone can be thrilled with!
Initial Stying
Heidi offers initial styling options for those who are on a tighter budget or aren’t able to hire her on all day. Heidi includes a small touchup kit of blotting sheets and lip color in these cases.
Hourly Rates
Whether your shoot is 4 hours or 12, you can choose to have Heidi as long as you need. If there are more talent than Heidi is able to accomadate within a certain timeframe, additional artists may be hired. (Example, light men’s touchups can take 10-15 minutes, but a full glam look can take 45 minutes/person for makeup only.)
Makeup only or Makeup and Hair Options
Whether you have a separate hair stylist hired and are just looking for makeup from Heidi, or you need Heidi for both makeup and hair, she has rates catered to both needs.

How It Works

Shoot me an email and tell me a bit about yourself, your project and what you’re looking for.
Negotiation
I’ll give you my rates and policies and we can talk about expectation and how I can best serve you to bring your project to life. Whether you need makeup only, makeup and hair, or have a long list of talent you’ll need help with and we decide to bring on an additional artist – we’ll discuss all those details here. Please note, I and my team arrive 30 minutes before services begin to set up. This time should be included on call sheets and in our hourly rate.
Contract and Deposit
After we’ve settled on an agreement for your project, I’ll have you sign a contract and I’ll also sign any of your contracts and send a W-9 if necessary. I take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. In the case that the shoot gets rescheduled, the deposit will also go toward the new date as long as I’m still available. Remainder of payment is taken after the shoot per our agreement.
