My team and I take care of every detail from the day-of services timeline, to recommendations on skin and hair prep, to helping pick the best look for you, so you have one less thing to worry about. We’re always an email, text or scheduled phone call away from answering any of your questions through the whole process from Inquiry-to booking-to your wedding day. We’re not only your makeup artists – we tend to be a shoulder to cry on, extra support and your glam squad.
Every bride & her party gets:
A zoom, face-time, email, text or phone consultation; unlimited communication with Heidi leading up to your wedding day; luxurious skin preparation, false lashes for everyone (optional); a pre-wedding bridal trial for the bride (non-negotiable!); services timeline; on-location services with the first 40 miles of travel included (Portland/Vancouver area); water-proof, sweat-proof makeup; touch-up kits; a skin and hair prep-sheet so everyone gets the most out of their makeup; 30 minutes of pre-service setup, 30 minutes of post-service teardown with minor touchups as needed.

We did a vintage inspired look for my wedding and she nailed it. Not only was her work spectacular, but she was such a calming and kind presence. She made me feel really relaxed and comfortable both the day of and during the practice round. She did an amazing job on all of my wedding party and was great about listening to what they wanted and matching it to their coloring and look.
Overall I can’t recommend Heidi enough! She made me feel so beautiful and confident and I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair! She in incredible and I had a great wedding because of her!

Makeup & Hair Offerings:
$950 minimum for weddings on Saturdays May-October.
Includes 2.5 Hours of styling on-location the wedding day; a 3-4 hour pre-wedding trial; false lashes and/or hair extensions (optional). Touchup kit included.
Includes 1.5 hours of styling on wedding day, 1.5-2 hour pre-wedding trial, false lashes and/or hair extensions (optional). Touchup kit included.
Grooms deserve to look their best too! Includes simple hairstyling and simple complexion work (hiding blemishes, brow gel etc.). 30-45 minute service.
45 minutes-1 hour of styling. Bridesmaids, Moms, Grandmas, etc. Lashes and a small touchup kit included. $300 for both makeup and hair.
12 years and under, 15-30 minutes per service. $150 for both makeup and hair.
Additional Offerings:
If you’d like a 2nd hair and makeup trial to try out a new look. $222 for just hair or makeup appointment.

This is an optional add-on for bridal party and must be discussed ahead of time to allow proper timing. Extention placement is included/optional for the bride.
Price varies based on size and complexity of coverage. Get in touch for a quote for your specific needs!
Hourly rate is available if you’d like me to stay all day for touchups, or to give you a fresh look before the reception. I can stay just through photos, till after the ceremony/before the reception or all through the night!
Fees:
40 miles round trip are included. $1/mile beyond per stylist. Where parking fees apply they are added onto the invoice.
For tight timelines or when there are more than 6 services, additional stylists will be needed. This fee is per-stylist.
A 20% Tip is added on for weddings with more than 6 services. For smaller weddings, tips are still highly encouraged for good service.
When we head out the door pre-7:00 am, this fee is added per stylist.
**Other possible fees may include: federal holidays; last minute bookings; booking fee for weddings where the bride is not included in getting services; and/or convenience fees. Inquire to disguss your wedding’s needs for an exact quote.**

Heidi did an exceptional job with both hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, MOB, MIL and myself on my wedding day. She was reliable and attentive to everyone in the bridal party. It was challenging to find a professional who was available during the unpredictable times of covid and wedding season in 2021, so hiring Heidi was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.
This action shot of us dancing is me still looking fresh with my hair and makeup TWELVE HOURS LATER, despite triple digit temps and after an outside wedding ceremony.
